All wetted internal surfaces, including the valve body and internal components, are lined with corrosion-resistant materials such as FEP (F46), PTFE, or PFA through high-temperature molding. This fully isolates corrosive media from the metal body. The valve features excellent sealing performance, fast response, straight-through flow path, and high flow capacity. When combined with a 5/2-way solenoid valve and control box, it enables precise on/off control. It is widely used for controlling highly corrosive media such as acids and alkalis, as well as toxic, volatile, and permeable gases and liquids.
